Paviljoen Smit-Bokkum is your center hotspot in Volendam. It is the home of a traditional eel smoke-house since 1856, where the 5th generation of the family Smit-Bokkum daily smokes Holland's best fish.
The family restaurant next to the smoke-house serves home-smoked delicacies together with a selection of local traditional menus.
